Eddy Paul Thomas stands at the forefront of organizational evolution and is renowned as a visionary in driving growth and transformation. With his unique blend of empathy and innovation, Eddy doesn't just consult – he inspires. He's a maestro in weaving together the threads of organizational development, digital transformation, and authentic storytelling to create a tapestry of success for businesses. Eddy attended Purdue University, where he was a member of the 1995-1996 Men’s Big Ten Championship team and later won a championship as a college coach in Women’s NCAA Basketball. Eddy continues his coaching by working with businesses, leaders, and nonprofits to build a strong culture and position them for growth.

With his master’s in organizational management (MAOM), Eddy’s business expertise aids his nonprofit experience. He brings a diverse perspective to the executive table and challenges leaders to move beyond their comfort zones. As a business, marketing, and organizational consultant, Erica brings a wealth of executive thought leadership, expertise, and evidence-based practice. Her career centers on studying the future of work, self-leadership, and scaling businesses for digital growth and engagement. She works with nonprofits, small businesses, and large technology companies to create momentum and measurable results.

Erica holds her doctorate in business administration and management, a master's in organizational leadership, and a bachelor's in psychology. She is an established executive and a change agent for organizations. She consults, teaches, and guides leaders to invest in digital transformation, company health, and creating a human-centered culture. Erica views professional environments as ever-changing ecosystems. She supports teams as they implement digital strategies and data-driven systems, communicate changes, and revitalize their brand.
