Y'all! This podcast has been years in the making and was birthed out of conversations we've had with our clients, one another, and our peers. We've been sifting through research, diverse perspectives, and our own experiences to bring together a practical conversation about the highs and lows of work. We aim for progress over perfection in this space, and we are so excited to share this body of work with you and hear your feedback.

About us
As many of you know, Eddy and I are best friends and business partners. We are married and love being cheesy parents to two amazing girls. We hold our master's degrees and a doctorate in business and constantly read about business life and growth. We talk endlessly with one another about these topics and we are ready to share slivers of those convos with you.
That's right. We nerd out by talking about work, leadership, personal values, diversity, and management. Some people think it's weird, but we don't care. 😂 We dig into the research and share perspectives to consider new ideas to apply to our work and the clients we advise. It is fun!
